30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Original packaging and tags required
• Receipt or order confirmation needed

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@kirixo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and hand it to our pickup executive (free pickup arranged by us).
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or personalised jewellery
• Items purchased during clearance sale
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Gift cards and vouchers
